Polhemus Farms has been sugaring for nearly 40 years. The "Sugar Shack" is located on a 35 acre family farm in the town of Meredith. We are not in sales and our production over the years has been limited by what we can give away to our extended family and friends. Polhemus Farms also has frequently hosted Maple Sugar Weekend for a local youth camp, giving parents and children alike the experience of enjoying one of the greatest traditions the New Hampshire has to offer
